We'll meet at 7.00pm near the car park at the back of the Mushroom Hall pub, DE11 8EW. It's on the corner of Main Street and Occupation Road, Albert Village .
The walk starts here. Walk along Occupation Road and turn left through Island Close towards the lake. We'll walk anti clockwise round the lake on the tarmac footpath. Late comers can walk clockwise and catch up. It's a leisurely stroll of around about an hour with lots of fauna and flora especially gulls in flight and crested grebes.

The Society meets most Thursdays from Sept to May at the Priory Centre, Church Road, Stretton, DE13 0HE starting at 7.30pm and anyone is welcome to come along to the evenings. We are a group of mainly amateur photographers who enjoy looking at other peoples work and discussing all aspects of photography. We have a mixed range of abilities from the beginners to the more advanced workers, to those who generate an income from photography.
The aim of the Society shall be the encouragement and advancement of photography amongst its members.
